About Me

Hello,

My name is Brylee Kanouse. I graduated from Blue River Valley Jr/Sr High School. I participated in my school's career center education program for 2 years. During that time I was a state officer of a nationwide organization called FCCLA, Family Career and Community Leaders of America. I am currently attending Ivy Tech Community College in their ASAP program to obtain my associate's degree in Elementary Education. I am now the current president of the Education Outreach Club at Ivy Tech Community College. I plan to transfer to Ball State University after completing my degree to receive my bachelor's degree. My goal is to have my own classroom teaching lower elementary children within the next couple of years.

A few things about myself is I was born here in Muncie where I lived for 4 years and then moved to a small town called Luray. I was a 4-year varsity cheerleader at my local high school, where I am now the elementary cheer coach. I love being with my family and enjoying family dinner nights. I'm a huge animal lover, I have 2 pit bulls named Neeko and Ellie, I also have 1 kitten named Yeti. I have been happily dating my boyfriend for over 2 years now. I am so excited to further my education in elementary education!
